Clearfield County Pennsylvania, WPXI reports two tractor- trailers jackknifed on Interstate 80 causing a 25 car pileup on February 10, 2010. One person was killed in the chain-reaction crash and 18 others were injured as a result of this highway

A second pile up occurred two miles back as cars began to slow for the
car wreck.
It was reported that thirty tractor-trailers, and twenty other motor vehicles were involved in the pileup, which closed part of the Interstate between the Penfield and

The National Weather Service says moderate snowfall was falling in nearby

My heart goes out to the family and friends involved in this highway

January 10, 2010 WFSB Reports –
Students from the Greater Hartford Academy of Math and Science were involved in a fatal Connecticut school bus accident early Saturday morning. A 16-year-old honor student was killed and seventeen others were injured when the bus collided with another vehicle and then fell 20 feet into a ravine off interstate 84.
The cause of the Connecticut bus accident is still unknown, although police believe that an unsafe lane change may have led to the highway collision. It is uncertain which vehicle was guilty of the driving infraction.
The cause of death for the young man in this fatal Connecticut accident has been ruled as a blunt traumatic head injury. He was described by the mayor of Rocky Hill as one of the schools “best and brightest” and was remembered by mourners who gathered Sunday.
Attorney Frank J. McCoy is a Hartford Connecticut Trial Attorney as well as a Nationally Board Certified Trial Attorney. |
