Please Support Connecticut Car Accident Victims

The Hartford Courant reports one of the survivors of the fatal Avon Mountain car crash will be speaking at the Rotary Club of Windsor, Feb. 18 ^th, 2010.  

The deadly Connecticut car crash occurred July 29, 2005, when an 18 wheeler lost its brakes and slammed into a row of parked cars and a bus at the foot of Avon Mountain .   Four people were killed and 19 were others injured in this fatal Connecticut car accident .  

The speaker, and author of  "Smoke, Fire and Angels," Mark Robinson, was among those injured.  Robinson's new book tells the story of what took place that day and pays tribute to the courageous men and women who came to help in that time of need.  Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing with all proceeds benefiting those seriously injured in the crash.   The event begins at 7:30am and is open to the public.
